Longevity secret

Have you ever wondered why some animals live longer and some live shorter?

Not only animals, but even humans lived longer during Satya Yuga (the age of truth).

After that, in Treta yuga, life span declined.

Again in Dvapara Yuga, life span declined.

Now currently we are in Kali Yuga, and you know what the average life span of humans is in this age.

According to ancient wisdom, every human being is assigned N number of breaths. This number of breaths is not in your hand, so you can’t control that, but you can control how you use those breaths. It is in your hand to decide whether to use those numbers of breaths in 50, 100, or 200 years.

But the question is, how do we control our breath?

When you are stressed or anxious, your breathing is fast; that means using a greater number of breaths in that state.

But when you are calm or peaceful, then your breathing is slow; that means using a smaller number of breaths in that state.

There are some things that you do that put you in the state where you are spending a greater number of breaths, for example,

  • Reacting and stressing over small things that don’t even matter
  • Scrolling for hours
  • Sleeping less than 7 hours
  • Comparing yourself with others
  • Or something happened; some things are in your control.

But fortunately there are some things that you can do that will help you spend a smaller number of breaths, for example.

  • Practicing yoga
  • Deep breathing
  • Spending time in nature
  • Doing something that makes you forget the time

The fewer breaths you spend, the more stable your mental state is.

That’s why when you are stressed, it becomes easy to get triggered on a small thing, and that small thing won’t affect you when you are relaxed.

Not only this, but spending fewer breaths will make you calm, improve your focus, and most importantly, improve your health.

You can’t control the number of days of your life, but you can control your breath, and that will improve the quality of your life.
