Whatever you are trying to achieve in life, whether it’s starting a business, losing weight, writing a book, or having a coach, will save you time, money, and energy instead of you doing it all alone.
I was 110 kg, and I failed 2 times in my fitness journey. I made many mistakes wasted lots of time, money and energy and then I started learning all on my own but if I had a coach in the beginning, then it would have been easy for me to avoid those mistakes and as a result it could have save my time, money and energy.
Before writing my first book, I enrolled in a course created by a book coach, and it gave me so many insights and helped in the process of completing my book. Without that, I would have made many mistakes by doing trial and error, and as a result, I saved my time, money, and energy.
Here are 4 reasons why having a coach is beneficial:
- They help you avoid the mistakes they have made
- They will give you a roadmap because they themselves have achieved it (of course, a coach should have practical knowledge of their field)
- They will give you the exact action steps instead of you guessing it, and this will save your time, money, and energy
- They keep you accountable because you often have many excuses and less discipline in the beginning. Coaches make sure that you keep moving.
If you are in a phase where you are trying to achieve something but are stuck in between, then having a coach can help you get unstuck.
